Monthly organization pricing

Start with the organization. Add game intelligence when the town is ready.

Scrimmages connects organization operations with team and family calendars, messaging, player invoices, and coaching. A separate paid pilot tests game recording and film with selected teams before a town expands.

The core of Scrimmages

Run the club. Run the league. Bring the board with you.

Registration, finance, scheduling, volunteers, officials, communications, and your organization website form the core of Scrimmages. Camera and film are optional. You can evaluate the organization tools without starting a camera pilot.

Organization billing starts after account onboarding and acceptance of the displayed terms. Optional camera work has a separate written scope.

Pilot scope

  • Primary and backup parent camera duty
  • Private pre-game phone and external-camera checks
  • Approved phone-stream sharing, camera feeds, replays, and clips
  • Model-specific external-camera setup guidance
  • Film of scheduled games, with usage reporting
  • Restricted Game Safety Record workflow
  • AI estimates checked against your own game film; any that don't pass stay labeled beta or hidden
  • Weekly reliability, labor, cost, support, and safety scorecard

Production recording begins only after policy/legal, safeguarding, physical-device, and field-readiness approval.

Organization management

$1 per qualifying player per month

Plus 1% of connected online collections and reimbursement of actual Stripe costs. Family checkout totals stay unchanged; the organization pays the platform fee and Stripe costs.

  • A qualifying player was rostered or registered within the preceding 12 calendar months. Each linked athlete counts once per organization across teams and programs.
  • Ongoing roster membership remains active. A departing player can remain billable for up to 12 months. Duplicate unlinked roster spots must be resolved before billing.
  • The count is updated at monthly renewal, with no midmonth prorated charges. There is no annual commitment or annual minimum for core organization billing.
  • Registration, finance, schedules, people, facilities, equipment, communication, coaching and reporting are included in core organization management.
  • Stripe costs are imported from actual provider transactions and billed separately. Costs below $0.50 carry forward. Refunded payments can still incur costs retained by Stripe.
  • Scrimmages absorbs processing costs on its own subscription and cost-reimbursement collections.

Example: 600 qualifying players = $600 per month, plus 1% of connected online collections and actual Stripe costs.

Camera hardware, game film, processing and streaming are separate. The optional paid pilot above has its own limits; ongoing camera scope and price require a separate written agreement. Core billing includes no game-film allowance. Existing camera agreements retain their written terms.

Online billing and payments remain unavailable until production checks and your organization's onboarding are complete. There is no public checkout for the camera pilot.

Personal training and saved collections

Your training tools, with clear plan limits.

Private collections, saved routines, and progress logs follow your individual account's plan. Existing team media and drills keep their current access rules. Optional personal upgrades are separate from organization billing and camera work above; mobile purchases await app-store release. Licensed training libraries and camera subscriptions are separate when required.

What is separate

  • Devices and safe mounts. Towns may use approved compatible phones they already own or fund a small shared kit; equipment is not included in software pricing.
  • Payment and provider fees. Online payment for registration stays off until your town connects its own Stripe account and a disclosed Scrimmages fee is set up. Stripe, bank, text-message, background-check, streaming, and other provider charges are handled as your written agreement describes. Online payments currently go through Scrimmages's Stripe platform to your town's account; that setup is still completing production checks, and charging directly on your town's own Stripe account isn't available.
  • Policy and legal advice. Scrimmages supplies configurable controls and implementation materials, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
  • Custom migration or integration. Any material work outside the written pilot scope is estimated before it starts.

What earns renewal

  • Reliable delivery. The agreed share of assigned games becomes usable film without excessive volunteer or support work.
  • A lower total cost. Hardware, processing, support, and administrator time are measured against the town's current method.
  • Used and trusted output. Coaches use the film; analytics ship only when reviewers agree they meet the written gate.
  • A credible safety process. Authorized reports are handled within policy, with complete access records and referee feedback—not an unprovable prevention claim.

Bring your team count, player count, games per season, current software and camera costs, and the person who owns safeguarding policy. We will map the pilot before asking for a commitment.
