One connected organization platform

Every role, resource, and responsibility—working from the same season.

Connect the work your organization runs with the experience every family needs: clear schedules, useful conversations, player payments, personal training, and game video.

For teams and families

Stay connected before, during, and after the game.

Move from a busy family calendar to the next practice, conversation, or payment with the right team context already in place.

Every team, one family calendar

See upcoming events across your authorized teams, filter by team, respond for each child, and subscribe to your personal calendar. Coaches can review recurring dates, copy calendar details, and manage rainouts by date, venue, and field.

Conversations with context

Catch up in a combined family inbox. Keep custom groups current with add, remove, and leave controls; share event cards and browse conversation photos and videos. Organizations can review announcements for staff, coaches, managers, guardians, and families awaiting a team.

Personal training that stays organized

Find approved instructional videos and drills by sport, age, and skill. Save private collections and training routines, and record progress over time. Training content follows your current access; licensed partner libraries require a separate agreement.

Player invoices beyond registration

Issue and review player charges with clear amounts, dates, balances, reminders, and payment history. Authorized primary contacts can follow the same invoice, while the paying contact manages their payment method. Online collection requires your organization's configured payment service.

Phone streaming, replays, and clips

Prepare a phone broadcast, share its viewing link, and select among approved game feeds. Keep replays and saved clips with the team, and rehearse privately before game day. Phone broadcasting requires the approved mobile release, a configured streaming service, and device checks.

Camera options with guided setup

Model-specific guides cover XbotGo Falcon, Mevo Start/Core, Veo Cam 2/3, GoPro HERO13 Black, OBSBOT Tail Air/Tail 2, and PTZOptics Move 4K. Use each manufacturer's controls with the reviewed event destination; compatibility depends on the model, firmware, service, and device check.

A clear path to mobile and camera access

The family tools are available on the web. iPhone and Android apps await store release; mobile purchases are not yet offered. Direct Falcon control requires licensed SDK access. Direct GoPro stream start remains unavailable until its exact firmware and silent streaming setup are approved. Streaming and recording are enabled only after the service, devices, and your organization's policy are checked.

01

Connected context

Registration, teams, fields, volunteers, equipment, meetings, and games share one organization record instead of being reconciled by hand.

02

Purpose-built permissions

Board, registration, finance, scheduling, field operations, coaching, safety, and family access stay separate and organization-scoped.

03

Automation people control

AI can draft a meeting summary or coaching plan, schedules can detect conflicts, and reminders can chase responses—without silently making the final decision.

A week in one system

The handoffs stay attached to the work.

The board can make a decision, a coordinator can schedule the people and place, a registrar can see who is eligible, and a family can receive the final plan without re-entering the same context.

  1. 1

    Decide

Record the board meeting, draft the summary, retain decisions, and identify follow-up work.

  2. 2

    Prepare

Publish programs, collect registration and forms, clear volunteers, and allocate equipment.

  3. 3

    Coordinate

Schedule teams, officials, volunteer shifts, and fields with conflicts and closures visible.

  4. 4

    Deliver

Give each person their agenda, communicate changes, run the event, and preserve the resulting record.

AI with an accountable boundary

Draft faster. Keep people responsible for the record.

AI output is visibly labeled, grounded in authorized source material, and kept distinct from approved minutes, confirmed evaluations, released analytics, or a finding of fact.

Board summaries

Draft a concise recap from the meeting's own notes. If the AI service isn't available, a simple summary pulled from the notes keeps the workflow usable.

Coaching support

Compose practice plans from released review cues while excluding prohibited identity, physical, possession, pass, touch, and ball-event inferences.

Game intelligence

Deliver film first. Advanced estimates remain labeled, beta, hidden, or blocked until each real-footage quality gate passes.

Safety records

Not VAR. Not continuous surveillance. Video can be incomplete or ambiguous; authorized people operating under approved policy make decisions.

Production boundaries

What has to be in place before launch

  • Connected money. Live payment, refund, dispute, and settlement paths require configured accounts and reconciliation exercises.
  • Provider delivery. Email, SMS, push, screening, geocoding, social publishing, streaming, and processing require their named provider setup.
  • Recording and safety. Counsel, safeguarding, insurer, town policy, physical devices, and representative field trials remain mandatory.
  • Apps and connections. Mobile store release is pending. Club websites include guided custom-domain and email setup; activation depends on verified ownership and the service connection. Governing-body connections and licensed content require the relevant agreements.

Bring the workflow your organization most needs to fix.

We will map the people, permissions, source data, provider dependencies, and adoption plan before either side commits to town-wide use.
